“Hy shines bright from rental day to move in day. She was super helpful getting us a unit. Later we called about mattress bags and she was on it. On move in day we chatted multiple times and she helped me when my access code ran into some trouble. She was great from beginning to end. The facility itself is clean and well kept. Front customer area is again clean and organized. No trash anywhere inside the building and storage areas. Bathrooms are clean as well.”

“With all of the recent rain, we had a roof leak where water was running down the interior wall. I called in the morning and Daniel was there within 3 hours. He had a crew there quickly and the repair was completed quickly. His guys took pictures throughout the process, and he was there to ensure the job was done to his satisfaction. Most owners send a crew and never see the completed job. The quality of work, timeliness, and customer service was a great experience. I will be referring these guys to anyone who has an issue. In my opinion Daniel goes out of his way to ensure his customers are happy. I'll take that all day long.”

“Urban Buggy has been nothing but incredible since day 1. My cart is 2 years old not only did the build exactly what I wanted. They went out of their way to make sure it was finished enough for Halloween. Came back picked it up to finish it. Every year they do a brake adjustment for me abs check the alignment always stellar customer service. I just upgraded to lithium... it's screaming fast now! It was picked up and repaired and brought back same day. Clean, ready to go. The group the have in the shop building these sweet carts are honest with the highest level of integrity! I can not say enough good things about Urban Buggy, before you buy anywhere else give them a call!”
