“This place is amazing! All the reviews are true! Jordan was so nice and professional on the phone and Hannah (the groomer) did an great job on Odin (our Golden Retriever/Great Pyrenees mix). He usually does not like being groomer/bathed or having his nails trimmed, so my husband & I are usually hesitant to take him to the groomers. But Hannah was so good with him & he magically became in angel in her hands. He has never looked so good! Odin came out smiling, smelling good & well trimmed. My husband & I will be moving to Aubrey soon but we’ll be traveling to bring our dog back! Highly recommend this place!”

“Amazing service, knowledgeable staff (able to answer questions about dog allergies for example), everyone is always friendly and helpful, even down to offering to walk me through signing up for online rewards over the phone! We started coming for the dog wash but we return for the service and won't be going back to those big stores anymore! Everyone is always so friendly, the store is clean, well-organized, and each aisle is specifically labeled making it so easy to find what you're looking for.”
