Village Vision Center

This was my first time at Village Vision Center. Everyone at the front desk was kind, friendly and they took their time to help me with my glasses. Hats off to Angel, she was a true trooper and took my decisiveness with a grain of salt lol. Dr. Jacob is absolutely amazing, patient and thorough! Can’t wait to go back again!

Just had an outstanding visit and exams by the staff of Village Vision Center. The exams and discussions were incredibly informative assuring i understood the processes. Having had exams at another well known facility recently with no explanations i found this company absolutely superior in conveying the plans for improvement and maintaining my current status .. while assuring i understood those plans. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this group !!

Village Vision Center has provided our family with exceptional service over the years. Dr. Jacob is knowledgeable and compassionate. The staff is efficient and the doctors take the time to explain the important details following exams. On my last exam, the staff didn't bat an eye when I had to tend to my crying infant. They made every effort to make things as efficient as possible and Dr. Phan even offered to see us sooner. Five stars!

Village Vision Center is excellent, from the very beginning they welcomed me. The staff is very professional and courteous. Today I was seen by Doctor Lammert and she was awesome. She made some recommendations for dry eye and explained everything thoroughly. I really appreciate the time she took with me, and her great personality and smile. From the moment I walked in, to the very end, after seeing the doctor, I was treated with the upmost respect, with much compassion and friendliness. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable, and I never felt rushed. In addition, I felt like the doctor really listened to my symptoms and long struggle with my current situation. I will definitely be back to this office, and would highly recommend this office to any friend or family member! Thank you so much for a great experience
