I was notified of additional work to be done and opportunity to approve any additional charges. When I picked up my car it was super clean inside and out. Was not like this upon drop off so this was a very pleasant surprise. I’ve had no problem with my car since it was picked up. My baby is like brand new. “As the owner responded to my Star rating immediately, I am writing a review just to appreciate the responsiveness. - I took the Extra. The car wash was all right. - The hand drying is where I had an issue. The gentleman who was to get the water off did a 2 minute work on the car. As I worked on my car to get the entire water off from all obviously visible places, he just stood at a distance and watched. - As a customer, I would rather be fine if you provide me with free vacuum as the hand drying didn't really mean anything to me. I am still increasing my rating from a 3 to a 4 Star for the owner's responsiveness and commitment. I do not want to hurt a business due to one person's callousness. Do note that it is not possible for me to always go out there and complain. It will be good if the managers are observing what's happening and supervising their employees and the work they have done.”
