Anita (store manager) was very great! I was in search of an iPhone 12 Pro Max (Gold) all morning and they only had one in-stock left. She held it for me and I was able to get some quality accessories too! Great conversationalist and was able to feel at ease. Definitely recommend seeing her when you have any phone needs.
