  My wife and I just purchased a vehicle from Gary Charlton Motors. It is quite a long drive for us to Lewisville, but it was worth it. The experience was top notch. We bought the car we were looking for at a price that I agreed was fair,
  
  There were no high-pressure salesman, just folks wanting to do business. Gary introduced us to the vehicles but let me do my thing while I checked them out. He answered my questions quickly and honestly.
  
  There was only one mechanical problem with the vehicle we purchased, but Sergio, Gary's service manager, wouldn't let us drive it home until he took care of that for us. We had to wait a couple of days to pick it up after purchasing, and since we had traded in our one and only vehicle during this purchase, Gary took care of us with a loaner until Sergio got done. I wouldn't expect either of those classy moves from another dealership that's not one of those flashy 300% markup lots.
  
  Well done, Gary and Sergio, and thanks! I meant it when I said I would be back to buy our next vehicles from you.
  
  Beware of the traffic jams on I35E during your test drive, though! Fortunately, the car was comfortable and we ended up buying it.

  This was my first time doing business with Charlton Motors. My salesman was Ricky Clark, but every single person there was awesome! It was a very enjoyable experience. The personnel there were friendly, helpful and very professional. Bob worked a real miracle and they were able to get me a much lower interest rate than my Credit Union, which was a definite plus!! While waiting for the new loan approval they feed me and my family lunch fresh from the grill (complete with sides and drinks)!! My family was extremely happy about that, and the food was delicious. Bob even bought me Starbucks while we waited! The car itself was/is absolutely beautiful! I bought a used 2013 Mercedes GLK350 with low miles that looked almost showroom new. I am so very happy with my purchase and my experience, that I'm telling everyone and sending my family and friends there as well.
  I will be doing business with them again, if I ever need another vehicle.

  Definitely one of the best experiences I have ever had at a car dealership. They have great cars at great prices and their staff is top notch. Not once did I ever feel pressured to make a decision and the financing was a quick and easy process. I might have spent 30 minutes total in the dealership from start to finish! Brannon was my salesman and he is a true professional. We'll definitely go back to Charlton Motors when we're ready to purchase our next vehicle!!

  We had an exceptional experience with Charlton Motors. Looking for a first time vehicle for my son, we came across one Craigslist with the seller being Charlton Motors. I went to the Charlton Motors website and submitted an offer on the vehicle at 7am. Due to past experience with online offers, I was positive I would not receive a response. The sales office opens at 9:30 and by 9:45 I received a phone call pertaining to my offer. I live quite a distance from the dealership and I did not wish to drive out if my offer was not accepted. The offer had to be discussed and I had to get off of the phone for a meeting at work . Again, due to past experiences I was sure I would not hear back from the sales staff. Much to my surprise, they accepted my offer on the vehicle. My husband and I made the trip out to the dealership and proceeded with a pleasant and quick transaction. My son is very excited about his new truck, and as parents we are grateful for the service we received from Charlton Motors! We would highly recommend Charlton Motors to our friends and family. Feel assured you will receive quality service.

  I purchased my Mini Cooper from Charlton Motors in Feb 2012 and it was the easiest car buying experience I have ever encountered. I told them what I was looking for and a few days later they had a car for me! After purchasing the car they have been wonderful when I have had service needs as well. Not only with the car I bought from them but with my other cars, including my mothers Trail Blazer that needed repair! I will continue to recommend Charlton Motors to all my friends and family! If you are looking for an easy, honest car buying experience or your vehicle needs service or repairs you can trust that the staff at Charlton Motors will take care of it!
