“There is so much to say about this place with the wonderful experience we had with Village Motors just a few weeks ago. For starters, this is a very clean dealership, that has friendly, attentive, but not overbearing staff. Secondly, my husband is picky, and a very experienced mechanic, and can be difficult when shopping, after all, this was a big purchase. He also has humor that some don't understand. Cecilia kept us smiling, made jokes along the way, and when it was time to do business let me tell you, she knew how to handle it! All of my husband's questions were answered with honesty and put at ease with copies of the car history reports etc. Not to mention, Village Motors is the ONLY dealership who had diesel trucks for sale with great prices! After looking at the truck my husband wanted, the next day we went to do the purchase. Cecilia was there with a friendly greet and made the whole process smooth sailing and once again made handling business as easy as pie! As much as I would not want to buy another vehicle, when it is time to do so Village Motors will be our first stop! “My wife and I just purchased a vehicle from Gary Charlton Motors. It is quite a long drive for us to Lewisville, but it was worth it. The experience was top notch. We bought the car we were looking for at a price that I agreed was fair, There were no high-pressure salesman, just folks wanting to do business. Gary introduced us to the vehicles but let me do my thing while I checked them out. He answered my questions quickly and honestly. There was only one mechanical problem with the vehicle we purchased, but Sergio, Gary's service manager, wouldn't let us drive it home until he took care of that for us. We had to wait a couple of days to pick it up after purchasing, and since we had traded in our one and only vehicle during this purchase, Gary took care of us with a loaner until Sergio got done. I wouldn't expect either of those classy moves from another dealership that's not one of those flashy 300% markup lots. Well done, Gary and Sergio, and thanks! I meant it when I said I would be back to buy our next vehicles from you. Beware of the traffic jams on I35E during your test drive, though! Fortunately, the car was comfortable and we ended up buying it.”

Since this was our first time remodeling a bathroom (or any room for that matter), we had no idea what we were doing. They were patient, flexible, and very helpful. During the planning process, they were very active in our choice making to allow us to get the look we wanted that would also keep the space practical and functional. They made great recommendations as well. One of our favorite features they recommended was to create a built-in medicine cabinet behind the vanity mirrors. They also suggested moving the door to swing out which provided more space in the bathroom. When working with other contractors, Victor was very thorough and had our back. We decided on a unique color for our plumbing fixtures and he made sure that it would match the fixtures of our glass installation by insisting the company bring us a sample book to look at. They completed the job on schedule and within budget. They were even super friendly to our two dogs, Yogi and Baloo! We are very happy with the quality of work. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them in the future!”
