We had a personalized experience working with Fitzgerald’s jewelry on creating my wife’s engagement ring as well as fitting my father’s wedding band to fit my hand. They have a customer for life, we will not go anywhere else for our jewelry. Customer service and quality of work is a thing of the past but not with Fitzgerald’s jewelry he goes above expectations to meet your needs!
(January 13, 2021, 7:22 pm)Got my engagement ring sized here a couple of years ago, and had a great experience. I came back to get my wedding band sized. Brian informed me that my band would be difficult to resize due to the placement of the diamonds, and that there would a huge risk of diamonds falling out later on. He explained my other options to me very clearly in a way I could understand. He could have easily taken my money and resized it anyways without explaining the risks to me. I really appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I will definitely be returning here for my future jewelry needs!
