Lowe's Garden Center

Great service...most of the time.
Sometimes hard to find help especially when I am in a hurry.

Wondering if service kiosks could be available upon entry.
This could alert and direct service personnel to areas where customer may need advice and consultation to find items or tools for a job.
A simple area layout of store areas, like: paint, tools, plumbing, flooring, etc...could be selected.
Customer could make their selections by their Lowes app or manual keyboard entry.
Most regular Lowe's customers probably wouldn't need this usually but occasionally when in a hurry it could really help alleviate aggravation in trying to locate the needed items.
I think this would really put Lowes on the cutting-edge of consumer service satisfaction too!

I like Lowes. I like that they have veteran parking spaces. I'm just curious why there's no Marine Corps seal on the wall in the hall where the restrooms are.

Lowe's is a great store if you know what you want. It is rather irritating when you don't find someone who could help you. If you do get someone, knowledgeable, then not only do you learn something, but you could end up saving money. Unfortunately, there are not many of such kind. Somehow, I always end up at lowe's.....even if I don't buy anything...many new items to hold my interest

Picked up these beauties at 50% off

I stopped by the store in the morning and found that every single person I passed, did ask me if I needed assistance. I was able to be directed to the item that I was looking for in the painting aisle. I was able to pick up two locks that I needed to exchange for broken ones in my home. Also bought these knobs that turned out to be a useless way to spend $28.
