Today's carrier failed to come to our door to get a signature for a letter. I called the post office and the very nice lady that answered sent the carrier back with the letter. While the carrier should've brought the letter to our door for a signature in the first place, I am very grateful for this location's quick and accurate help in correcting the situation. Thank you.

Melissa worked so super hard to find us our first house in this super wild market and made it so much fun for us along the way. As first time, financed buyers were weren't the easiest to find a home for in this current market, but she had helped our grandparents relocate here in July and was so kind with them that we wanted to work with her too and we're so thankful she agreed to help. We will NEVER EVER forget how she made this possible and will appreciate her forever and ever and ever and we even have a momento that we will find a special place for in our house to remind us of all the funny times we viewed houses with her and as a reminder to always stay grateful for the work she did.
