“I have a dentistry phobia so it was not easy to give 5 stars but I did. So my ratings is based off of my interpretation of their services and not my general fears I have about going to the dentist. I don't enjoy any kind of dental work. Just the thought of going to the dentist drastically increases my anxiety. So here we go. Staff is incredible, nice, comforting and skilled. Technicians are skilled, empathetic and gentle. Doctors are professional, talented and empathetic as well. Offices are clean and professional. Very busy though. I believe communication is key. Inform the staff of your fears if you have any and they'll do their best to make accommodations to ease your experience. So, this is why I gave them a 5 because they are a good fit for my personality.”

“I had issues with OTHER U-Haul places while visiting the Dallas area to pickup furniture! The OTHER locations were a joke! Long story short, this was my 3rd stop at a different U-Haul location in one day. This location saves the day! The owner of this location, Delion (sorry, my spelling might be wrong) was incredibly nice and helpful and provided great customer service! He provided me the correct size trailer that I needed,, and he corrected the other location’s mistakes! THANK YOU Delion for your kindness and helping me out!! Highly recommend this location!”

“My wife and I traveled from out of state to Lewisville to visit family for a week and needed a quiet space to work during that time. Dane and Katy from Venture X were wonderful to work with and were able to customize a contract to our needs. Having just opened this year, the space is very new and shiny. The staff does a great job with keeping the space clean, temperature was taken every day, doors are locked upon request. I felt very safe working here in August 2020. This facility will be our first choice each time we return in the future. Thank you Venture X!”
