I tell u what I have been in recovery a number of years. I don't keep track don't think its good practice. Anyway I lost everything except my family due to Hurricane Laura. We landed Hear. The friendly staff made me fill right at home. And Dr. Nelson is a one of a kind never have I met a dr willing to do so much to help their Patient. If you're needing help. And your willing to be honest and put the work in. You will Have a hard time finding a better group of people. Thank yall very much. God Bless

I’m extremely thankful that I found Applegate recovery. I was in need of help desperately when I found this clinic. I was in a really bad place and they were able to do my intake right away and scheduled me with the medical provider very quickly as well. The staff is truly amazing and they are very supportive, and compassionate! Brie and Kristina in the Lewisville clinic truly have what it takes to make people feel at home. I had been struggling with opiate dependency for over 20 years due to medical issues and they helped me get into a program that involves a medication assisted opiate dependency treatment as well as individual counseling. I’m there about once a week and I enjoy visiting there every time. Thank you applegate recovery for all that you have done for me and my family!

This place has helped me immensely since I started my journey of sobriety! The staff is excellent, and always willing to help you out no matter what. My Dr. there is extremely kind and understanding. Breana who works at the front has been super helpful and professional every time I talk to her. I love this place!

I have struggled with addiction for a long time and I've worked with many different types of clinics and doctors. Applegate was by far one of the best places I've ever been.
