Metroplex Medical Supply Has been a godsend I typically don't leave reviews but I need to because they truly are that amazing. You always get a nice courteous person on the phone who's willing to go above and beyond to help you . OK I've had horrible experiences with DME companies in the past and when I mean horrible, they were sad at best . Metroplex Medical Supply ships on the same day every month they're reliable and they're very fast with their shipping. I truly could not say enough as to how amazing their staff is . I should also can I use them for my diabetic or medical supplies and this is life changing for me .
Hands down this is the best place to get your medical supplies! They always ship quickly & the customer service agents treat you like family. Living with type 1 diabetes isn't easy & dealing with insurance, cost ect. dosen't make it any easier. Everyone I've spoken to has been great, but one person impeticuler always goes above and beyond his job title to help.Thank You Eddie Brown for going the extra mile when you don't have to. You have been a Blessing to our family & an asset to this company.
I have been receiving medical supplies for type 1 diabetes for 15+ yrs. Typically with these companies if you have a problem with your insurance, shipping or verification of benefits you will get transferred around for an hour until you find someone that can only half way help you. This is not the case with Metroplex Medical Supply. Every single person I have talked to has been so kind and helpful to resolve any problems that may occur and I always receive my supplies on time!!
I just had a wonderful experience with this company. I was trying to get a stand-assist chair for my dad and Marsha, who answered the phone, went above and beyond. First, she made sure we talking about the correct item then, when she clarified that they did not carry it, she found and gave me a number for a different company that did. That is some amazing customer service and I will call them first every time from now on!
