This has been one of the easiest storage experiences I have ever had. The manager and staff are super friendly. The unit was very clean and they have extra carts which makes it really easy to move all of your stuff. We are driving past several storage places to come here and it is totally worth it. I would highly recommend this facility to friends and family.

I had a great experience with Bryan today. He was knowledgeable, charismatic, and super helpful. He laid out my choices in units and explained the pros and cons in full transparency. A rather stressful moment in my life was made feel less complicated by his knowledge and ease in the process.

I’ve rented storage units before in other states and by far Prime Storage has been the most professional, pleasant and easiest to execute the contract specifics that I’ve encountered! Brian was very nice, accommodating and explained everything well. I’m glad I reserved my unit online because it was the last large one he had available and I didn’t want to use anyone else in Cartersville from what I’ve seen. This is a most stressful time for me and him and his staff made it a very pleasant experience. This made me very happy! Now it’s Prime time!!

Bryan at Prime Storage Cartersville went above and beyond when helping me find the correct solution for my needs. I was in need of indoor storage for an antique vehicle. I ran into a snag when renting as I needed a larger unit than anticipating. Bryan was able to help me navigate the situation. Honest and upfront and I could not be happier with the results. The facility is well kept and clean and I have confidence in knowing that my vehicle is being looked after. Dad will have his ride when he comes to visit. Great experience.
