“I love this place! I drove 35 minutes from downtown Dallas just to get my oil changed here. I absolutely love that they are women owned! They were straightforward, transparent, and friendly with their service. They were very prompt and had my car in and out in under an hour. They took the time to explain the different types of oil I could choose from and the pros and cons of each without belittling or making me feel stupid. They didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary work/filters like other places almost always try to do. As a woman who is used to auto shops taking advantage of my auto repair ignorance, this was extremely refreshing and I will continue to take my car to them for all future maintenance and repairs. Bonus: the lobby is very clean and inviting. Light refreshments are available, children's play area, TV, fireplace, plants and flowers, magazines (a healthy variety! Not just car, hunting and ammo mags), and plush cozy chairs. The *only* thing that I would suggest is adding more ports for charging phones and laptops for services that may take longer. But I also may have not noticed if they were available.”

“I normally travel a small distance to the Little Elm location where Nick is the Manager, but this time I needed to stay closer to home. So I visited the The Colony location and was very impressed. Ryan, the Service Manager, communicated throughout my wait and seemed to know what he was talking about. My truck was done in a timely manner as specified by Ryan. We even shared small talk while I waited. I recommend this location as well as Little Elm location.”
