“You get what you pay for with car washes and at Hero car wash it’s definitely worth the money. I didn’t spend a dime due my birthday being today so I got a free ultimate wash ($25) value. Even if I would of paid $30 I’d be happy with the wash! You can really tell you get your money’s worth going through the tunnel and during the prep stage. I believe his name is Michael, he helped during the check in stage and gave me a flyer for the membership. $10 more on any wash you want you get it unlimited for the month.. FIRST month free mind you! Well be back soon! Do it your self vacuums, clean towels and windex also cheapest wash is $10 but have daily specials daily posted on the signs when you drive by.”

“As the owner responded to my Star rating immediately, I am writing a review just to appreciate the responsiveness. - I took the Extra. The car wash was all right. - The hand drying is where I had an issue. The gentleman who was to get the water off did a 2 minute work on the car. As I worked on my car to get the entire water off from all obviously visible places, he just stood at a distance and watched. - As a customer, I would rather be fine if you provide me with free vacuum as the hand drying didn't really mean anything to me. I am still increasing my rating from a 3 to a 4 Star for the owner's responsiveness and commitment. I do not want to hurt a business due to one person's callousness. Do note that it is not possible for me to always go out there and complain. It will be good if the managers are observing what's happening and supervising their employees and the work they have done.”

There are also a variety of bulk discount plans, such as purchasing unlimited-washes-as-a-service or getting 5 free washes for purchasing ten. With six different wash options available, this facility has an option for every customer! I like to get the highest quality wash once per month, and the standard washes in between.
