Sport Hub Training

My kids have been training with Coach Thomas over the past 6 months and it has been a very positive experience. Coach keeps the training very diverse and always challenging his athletes to train with a purpose. My 12 year old son has shown immediate progress in his strength, speed and agility since joining. Most importantly my kids love every minute and say the sessions are a lot of fun. We highly recommend Coach Thomas and Sport Hub Training for a fun and effective way to stay fit. Good for all ages.

Coach Thomas was amazing with my son. He really took him under his wing and showed him that’s he’s capable of more than he realized. He was blue to encourage and push my son out of his comfort zone and still make the experience enjoyable. Highly recommend him for any kid!!
