“Water Bionics was referred by my friend who had been using for past one year with no issues. I think I made a right decision in choosing Water Bionics. They installed full house water softener along with RO under sink for drinking. I am pleasantly surprised their professional behavior and can-do attitude. Installation happened with out any issues and so far no issues. They also cleaned and covered sheet rock after the work, again the work was clean and to my satisfaction. I think Mark got an excellent team and a special thanks to Otto who is operations manager went beyond the limits in identifying the pipes under sheetrock and also helped in fixing the sheetrock after complete install.
