I caution you though, if you do, you might be like so many of us who planned on being here for a short time, but may very well be here for years! They have very tight rules, but that makes it even better for all of us. I want to single out their new maintenance guy Mike, he goes above and beyond, to not just do his job, but to make it an even better experience for all of us. My fellow RVers are like a big, eclectic, family, and they invite you into the group upon arrival. 😀 You can stay to yourself, or join the family, you’ll be accepted either way. Definitely should stay at least a night!”

“Had such a fun time kayaking. Was a bit rough on the water the farther out into the lake you went, but still manageable for us novices. plenty of side areas to stop and relax in and view local wildlife. The guy working for DFW Surf was great and got us going quickly as soon as we got there.”
