(August 19, 2020, 9:01 pm)I bought my Toyota Prius at Toyota of Plano in 2011 and have it serviced there ever since. Service has always been honest, fast, and thorough. Several times, they have taken care of warranty work at no charge to me. This last time when my car was on the bubble of whether or not warranty applied, the service rep and service director really went to bat for me on an expensive repair. I appreciate the stellar customer service I received from service advisor Richard and service director Sean. Thank you Toyota of Plano Service department for your support.
