We have been in business for 37 years and uphold the highest Insurance policies know in our business and do everything in our power to make our customers happy. I'm sorry to hear you are a third party that is getting the wrong information but I met one on one with the "said person" and spoke directly with our insurance company. I was given legal advice and chose to go that route. In 37 years we have never been spoke about in this way. I am sorry you were given the wrong story but once again I have proof to back up what my insurance company advises and I stand by what I directly saw first hand and what was told to me by the "hotel" staff.”
