“Last week, Dr. Peiffer and team performed a tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy on my 5-year-old daughter. As a parent, trusting someone to take care of your little one is quite a challenge. That said, I cannot recommend ENTTEX enough. Everyone at the office was so kind and responsive and made us feel as comfortable as possible. As soon as we got to the pre-op area, she was given a teddy bear and some medication to help her relax. All of the providers and nurses came to introduce themselves and explain their role in the procedure. Dr. Peiffer checked on her after the surgery and told her that she was so brave. The post-op nurse was excellent; she organized having the prescriptions delivered to our home so I wouldn't have to leave the house. We left with a ton of information about what to expect in the coming week or two and several helpful tips to make this easier for our daughter. A few days after the surgery, we got a card in the mail, signed by everyone who cared for her. It's the small things that make a big difference. I hope we don't have another ENT issue anytime soon, but I wouldn't hesitate a second to come back!”

“In celebration of Earth Day 2022, we invited Pond Medics to come to our local Elementary school to help teach students about pond health and ecosystems. Being in a community with multiple ponds, where many students partake in catch and release activities on the weekend, inviting Pond Medics to visit our school was a natural fit. Sonja and her team did an amazing job designing a half-day program that included four learning stations for the students to actively engage with: 1) Fish Identification, 2) Living Mud, 3) Touch-a-Truck, and 4) Food Webs. Our young learners (and teachers) had a great time! The kids loved the interactions with the Pond Medics staff and learned a lot. A big draw was the Touch-a-Truck! Pond Medics brought their MarshMaster on-site so the students could get up-close and learn how this equipment is used in pond management. Lots of “Ohhh’s” and “Wow’s” were heard. All four stations were a huge hit! We cannot thank Pond Medics enough for their community outreach along with the countless hours that went into planning and delivering this wonderful experience to our students. Thank You!”
