Los Compadres Cantina

We ventured to Los Compadres as part of our Roanoke Christmas parade, and we were so glad we did! The service was friendly and attentive, and you could tell that they all work as a team. We noticed the hostess helping bus tables, and every single employee had a welcoming smile on their face.
It’s a beautiful restaurant in a great location, and it has lots of spacious seating.
The food came out quickly, and it was so delicious! I think the shrimp tacos were the best I’ve ever eaten! And the basil margarita was a fun twist on a Mexican staple. My husband also enjoyed his chicken quesadilla. Highly recommend!

We love going to Los Compadres. It is what you expect when going out to eat. We visited for lunch this time. There is plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Service was great, and the food was even better. The table side guacamole is very good and made to your specifics.

Always love Los Compadres! Had the pleasure of having Jose as our server and he made us feel so special, almost like we were on a resort. Kept our drinks full and served the food timely. Super happy as usual! Thank you for a wonderful work lunch!

Update went today 8/25 and got Jose again! Was a repeat he was amazing as usual!

Cute little restaurant in Downtown Roanoke! Margaritas are excellent, recommend the seasonal ones, and the food was great. Our service was fast and the waitress was friendly and helpful to my girlfriend who had a food allergy. Will return!

This place is amazing ! Happy hour is a great deal! Service was fast and friendly! Good was served hot and fresh! This is a must try place in a cool little area. The appetizer sampler is a great deal with enough food for 4!
