(November 13, 2022, 12:22 am)I live in Houston and while I was visiting family in Roanoke, I found this place. After reading the reviews, I decided to give a try and I have to say, amazing! I wish we had a place like this in HTown.
The atmosphere is very nice. This is a family business so it is nice to see mom, dad and their children working on the business. That is sweet.
I had a chocolate martini, delicious
Sliders and “Jay Mac and cheese” OMG
My friend had the ugly breakfast and he enjoyed too.

(August 27, 2022, 10:40 pm)Enjoyed a great evening at Anderson Distillery & Grill. Attentive and friendly service in a well-appointed facility with some unique touches. I often worry about trying a new establishment before they’ve worked out their kinks, but we were so pleasantly surprised. The menu was fun and we began with the appetizer sampler — cheese curds, mini corn dogs, tater kegs (AMAZING - do not miss these!}, fries, and fried mac and cheese. It was all fantastic, piping hot, and everyone in my group enjoyed it thoroughly. Chicken and pulled pork sliders were amazing and my party had a great time trying many of the drinks on the inspired drink menu. Absolutely enjoyed our time at Anderson and we all left certain that we’d be returning— definitely sooner rather than later!
(August 10, 2022, 8:39 pm)Great food and drinks. Visited for the first time at dinner. My pink elephant cocktail with their vodka was really tasty. Shared burger and prime rib sliders made from scratch using the owners special rub. As a self proclaimed foodie, I was surprised and thrilled by the quality of their food! Introduced myself to the owner Jay, who was very welcoming. Jay, Jeff and Tracy will be back.
(July 21, 2022, 9:37 pm)So glad we went! I’m very pleased with the brand spankin’ new Anderson Distillery. We had two cocktails - a margarita with their fruit infused rum (not a traditional margarita) but boy was it delicious!! Also ordered an old fashioned, be prepared, their bourbon is still aging, so it’s not quite the classic old fashion you’d expect. Despite being slammed with people when we went AND it was their first day open, they managed to serve us quickly. The food was from a limited menu but I can say the beef sliders were delish. The Joe Rub seasoning really brought those sliders to the next level. I’d give two thumbs up to Anderson Distillery and recommend you give the new kids on the block a shot.
