Knowing they are dealing with people who are having health and wellness issues every day but are still able to treat people with tenderness and respect speaks volumes to me. I most especially appreciated Jackie, who is clearly meant to be in health care. You can tell how much she cares about people and their well-being, and how she wants to make their time at the clinic as good of an experience as possible.
