I recently signed up for a Cricket phone line with Alexa and she was awesome! She was able to answer any and every question I had with no hesitation AND offered me proactive solutions. I would definitely recommend this location, but more specifically, ask for Alexa!

I spoke with Joe at this location over the phone. I needed to open a new line because so many people have been scheduling appointments I had to separate it from my personal line. He took the time to go through all my options and plans. This location is awesome.

Came in to the store for a phone for my daughter. Was expecting to just get a run of the mill generic phone, and was pleased to be met with many options that went beyond my expectations. The manager was very friendly, and knowledgeable. I’d recommend this store for anyone! Not just for kiddos starting off with first phones, but for the whole family! Went in for one phone, came out with lines for everyone. Great deals, and great customer service. I was not met with any ill attitude for my many many questions, like some places I’ve been to prior.
