“I had a flat tire due to the 7-11 air compressor deflating my tire. I called TC to see if they could help me as I was stranded. They sent a guy over with an air compressor to fill my tire up at no cost! Phenomenal customer service from the branch manger and the gentleman he sent out!!! I went to the shop the same day to check out the tire and replace it if needed. They have earned my business from now on!! Customer service goes a long way in sales, thank you!”

“I tried to get massages every two weeks because my job puts a lot of strain on my neck and shoulders. My husband and I went there because our friend recommended. We both did hour body massage, which was beyond amazing! My masseur was amazing!! He hit all the pressure points on my neck and shoulders! My husband told me his masseuse did fantastic jobs on his lower back! This place is clean and the service is awesome! The free hot stones really helped a lot and the music was very relaxing! We will definitely come back!!”

“This is the best place to go. I pass up other cleaners to come here. They do all the work on-site, and I think it makes a difference. My dress shirts come back perfectly pressed, and my suits don't get the lapels messed up like at other places. The woman that runs the place is so friendly! My name is misspelled in their system, but I like their version better: Foxter! If you become a regular, then you get your own laundry bag to fill up at home and take back to them. They even gave me a Christmas gift - a lint roller!”

“Carwash USA has definitely upgraded in comparison to the previous owners zipps. The staff is friendly and the carwash gets your car clean. They have staff to dry your car off after your wash. The vacuums have been replaced and all of them are working. To top it all off I locked my keys in the car and the staff had the tools to assist in getting my doors unlocked without damaging my car. “I had another storage company back out on me, so I was left to find a storage unit that I needed in short notice, and I was really frustrated with the last storage company that claimed to have me reserved, but rented out the space to another customer. Deep breaths, D, get on Google and look for someone else. So I found this Public Storage in The Colony. It's not the best location, won't lie, but it was between both locations I moved from/to, so I called customer service, and they scheduled a unit for me. This time I'm putting money down to reserve it, and I'll go to the site directly to confirm. And sure enough, I walked in and spoke with the fabulous Ms. Vickie, who got me setup with a large enough storage unit at just the right time. She's awesome and very helpful and informative, letting me know about the entire process and making suggestions to help make the moving experience better for me and my schedule. Thank you so much Vickie for your help! Spoke with other employees at this location at various times and all are very friendly. Public Storage customer service in general is fabulous as well. Peace.”
