I fully understand the trials of being a small business owner from personal experience. You win some, you lose some. And being in the used car/mechanic business is tough. Especially today, with so many entitled and selfish people roaming the earth. Most people don't have a clue what it takes to run this type of business, and most wouldn't make it a week. Let alone over 10 years. That being said, to be able to go to someone who is genuine for your vehicle needs is a blessing.
