Windsor Lakeyard District Apartments

I wanted to take the time to acknowledge and thank Lorelei and Gena for their continued support and efforts to ensure their residents are happy and comfortable in their homes. Their customer service has been amazing since our first encounter with them after Windsor acquired the property. Community acquisitions are never easy, and you will always have unhappy customers during the transition (and in general), but the team here at Lakeyard District try their best to help with any problems or requests you may have. People often forget that we are human and can/will make mistakes, but understand that they are doing what they can to ensure this community is running smoothly. So, thank you Lorelei and Gena for your help and dedication to your residents and community!

I’ve been at this property when it was a Cortland property until Windsor took over. Not going to lie, it’s been a messy take over. Couldn’t find the correct phone number to contact them, no one answered the phone for the first month. Our lease renewal from Cortland never transferred over. But come to find out, most of this “mess” is caused by Cortland not completing a lot of tasks before leaving. Windsor is doing all they can to try and get this place back up and running great again. Lorelei has been absolutely AMAZING! She heard us out, understood our frustration and immediately made things right. Windsor is on its way to making this place better, it just will take time. We’re happy to continue living here and see the growth Windsor will have to offer with their kind, patient staff.

Natalie is absolutely incredible! Something came up during the application process, and she reached out to help solve it that same day. Service was great and timely, and the apartment complex was well upkept!
