“As the name implies their pretzels are SOFT and are in my opinion the BEST! I absolutely love a soft and delicious pretzel and this place is one of the best that I have tasted in the area. I am very happy to have found this place! Their pretzels are made fresh, daily right in front of your eyes! I have referred quite a few of my friends to this place and none were ever disappointed! One of my friends bought two pretzels, one for herself and one for her husband and ended up "accidentally" eating his as well! Needless to say she had to go back and get another one for her husband. When she told me about it all she could say was, "they were so soft"! They are that good! On a recent visit my husband and I were more than impressed with the level of service we received. The folks here are always friendly, welcoming and accommodating! I don’t like a lot of salt or butter on my food. Most pretzel places I have visited don’t want to make a fresh pretzel to accommodate my food restrictions. However, when I ask Thomas who was helping us, about getting a pretzel made without the butter and salt he did not give me a hard time. He told me how long it would take to bake and even brought it out to me when it was done. The pretzel was soft and fluffy as usual, very delicious! My husband also enjoyed his Dutch Almond Pretzel as well. This place is and will be our go to spot for soft pretzels.”

“Best cakes you will find in North Texas. Did a birthday cake for me and cupcakes for the local police department that they loved. Von is great to work with and will give you a great product at a good price.”

“We've been coming here for a few months. Katherine is awesome and is super friendly. The pies are fantastic. My favorites are the peanut butter fudge, chocolate cream, and buttermilk pies. My fiancee loves their coconut cream pie. Their mini pies are perfect if you want to try several different ones before buying the large pies. Plus occasionally, they make special pies. 🤤”

“Their croissants are the best you're gonna find for at least 20 miles. They're freshly made every day - crispy, flaky, and delicious. I envy their croissant game and get one nearly every weekend from their stand in the Frisco Fresh Market. The butter and chocolate varieties are the best. The ham one is okay (literally nothing they sell is bad), but the moisture of the ham and cheese kind of sogs up the croissant and it loses the crispiness that makes the other ones extraordinary.”

“Why would you go anywhere else. Stopped in here and so glad we did. Great service and the flavors were good too. Choice of cookies for your sandwiches, or bowls. We did just the bowls and they were good size scoops. Much better value compared to the other place around the corner.”

“Biggest selection of sausage rolls I've come across (traditional, croissant, and jalapeno varieties). They sell fast so everything is always fresh. 5AM has a very good selection of donuts including lesser-loved varieties like maple, vanilla, and apple fritters. They stock an above-average number of choices in their drink fridges, including tough-to-find Monster flavors like Ultra Sunrise Orange. Family owned business, they are very polite and you can tell that they appreciate repeat customers. I haven't had a better donut experience anywhere else.”

“I’m actually here now. The restaurant appears clean but it’s every bit of 5 tables with two people. It took a while before we were seated. The hostess never came over so an older gentleman seated us after he noticed. Once we sat drinks came fast but we didn’t even get a greeting just “can I get your drinks in?”. Now that we’ve ordered our food, I feel our server is very rude and nonchalant as if she doesn’t want to serve us (myself and my three children) at all. I can’t complete a sentence before she cuts me off and is kinda rolling her eyes with everything she says. Her entire mannerism is horrible and she doesn’t know much about anything on the menu or maybe she doesn’t feel like saying anything about the food I’m asking about. I don’t know her name because she never introduced herself. We haven’t even received our meals and not sure if she has even put them in but I’m ready to leave. After we receive our meals (and we ordered a lot), I’ll update my review, but so far customer service is awful. This is our first time here. UPDATE ‼️‼️Added a star and tipped the COOK be the food was excellent”

“Always good food. I feel like the price went up a bit making it close to $8 for sandwich, chips, and drink. The cashier that has worked at this location a long time is always so friendly and patient. (As we saw with 1st time costumers that were ahead of us in line).”
