Supporting small business is so important! Foreverfit Pilates and its' owner, Shirley, get a gold star in my book. The knowledge and expertise that Shirley imparts, as well as the state of the art equipment in her home studio and the personal attention in my individual and duet classes are excellent! A hidden gem!

I’m 9 sessions in with Shirley and couldn’t be happier with my experience. She is absolutely amazing! Her patience, warmth, and attention to my injuries are unparalleled. In my experience she has been able to modify the exercises as much as I need in order to give me an effective workout that works WITH my injuries instead of against them. She pays incredibly close attention to my form and makes sure I’m doing each exercise as effectively as possible. I leave feeling energized instead of in pain from overworking my injuries which is such a great feeling. Shirley’s knowledge and passion really shine through! I’m so happy I not only chose to try Pilates but chose Shirley’s studio. I’m hooked!

This is authentic Pilates as it was originally created - not a watered-down or hybrid version like most studios offer. The difference is obvious from the first moment! Such precision and attention to detail - I’ve never worked harder in my life! The instruction is fantastic. If you want a thorough workout designed for you, then this is the place to go!

Incredible experience! Shirley’s kitty cat sweet pea is a joy, and my favorite little Pilates assistant ❤️ I couldn’t imagine taking high end, world class private led instruction anywhere else!
