“I have had a great experience any time I have come to this place for various reasons. The most recent was to vote and everyone on the phone when I call up there is helpful even when they’re very busy during voting season and it also has the wonderful flower mound police office on the other side of this building and they are friendly and polite as I walked in there last time to give a donation on behalf of my son and myself for their hard work and sacrifice. This is by far the nicest and most friendly and easy to find your way around court that I have been to. I have absolutely no complaints and wish the people that work at the court and the police officers that work here were like this everywhere across the country. This is not to say anything negative whatsoever about any other court house or police officers but it is meant to share and give notoriety to the men and women who serve and protect the community I live in. Thank you for your service and hard work.”

“Great small town feel! Town Hall staff are super friendly. My family has attended Double Oak Police Department's National Night Out, 4th of July Parade, Easter Egg Hunt and many other awesome events the town holds. As for the other reviews, yes traffic enforcement occurs in Double Oak, and it makes sense. There are no shoulders or sidewalks for people to walk, bicycle etc on and the roads are hilly in some areas.”

“Went to County Clerk office. Small room, but no wait time around 4pm on a Tuesday. My family were in and out in 15 minutes. Staff members were polite and knowledgeable. We paid for the judge to do a marriage ceremony. Not the cheapest price, but convenient location. Judge Lopez was exceptionally kind, quick, and patient with our child running around the court room. Would recommend this place.”
