“Perfect college apartment! If you are looking for something small, simple, and affordable this is the place for you. The complex is very convenient located right next to UNT, Fry Street, and The Square. Campus was only about a 15 minute walk. Staff was always very friendly and helpful. They even have a text messaging system where they would always respond. The internet that was provided was honestly the best I've ever had, just your typical installation which took almost a week. I only had two cons living here. There was a bad gnat issue in my unit. No matter what I did I could not get rid of them and I tried everything. They only came around when it was above 75 outside. My other issue was my unit was filled with black hair when I moved in. Other than that the unit was nice and furnished and perfect use for my college experience.”
