“I don't actually live here, but my mom and sister do. We live about 3-4 minutes away. They moved in after some very hard experiences for our family and it is my mom's first home without my dad, who passed away suddenly last year. My mom and sister are so happy here. The rent is affordable and they have been so impressed by the quick response of the office and maintenance. They don't have any major issues with noise. I pick her up for work every day and I'm always pleased with how the complex is kept up. I'm perfectly comfortable with my children staying with her when she babysits. Thank you so much for giving my mom and sister a safe and beautiful little apartment where we know they're in good hands! They have nothing but nice things to say!”

She does everything to get the look you are asking for. The Boutique itself is beautiful and quiet. It is an environment to relax and take time for yourself . “Sophia did an amazing job at helping me lease an apartment. I was not able to see the apartment prior to move in but I am beyond satisfied with the way it came out. Jaime and Enrique did a great job at making sure it was clean and spotless 👌🏽I was weary about it smelling due to a bad experience at my prior apartment complex, but you could tell they cleaned thoroughly. “If I could give 10 stars, I would. Not only is the property beautiful and classically built and the floor plan designs are like no other, the entire office staff is the icing on the cake. Lolita and Irene are the most professional, savey and real management team ever. I don't remember the names of the other staff but they are awesome 😎 also! During the most difficult time of my life, they treated me like I am worth a million dollars, not some bomb. They worked with me and my husband through our trials and celebrated with us when we came through!! I love them and Halston on Frankford!”

“3 Month Update: Still great so far, the office staff are awesome and Chet is one of if not the best manager of an apartment complex that I've ever had to deal with. The rest of the staff are great as well, and extremely helpful for any issues or questions that come up. I'll definitely renew my lease here when the time comes. Original Review: I don't usually write reviews, good or bad. But sometimes the service and quality of life is so great that you feel compelled to speak about it and that's what I'm doing now. Tuscany Square is awesome. Hands down. The staff have been super helpful with my move-in, and so far living here has been a pretty great time! The neighbors are friendly, it's not too loud, the property isn't littered with trash and animal droppings everywhere, and of course the easy access to a ton of restaurants and retail stores nearby. I had a small issue with some of my outlets not working, and maintenance was there same day to fix it up (it was just my GFI plug, should've thought of that myself but they didn't seem to mind!) I think the only negative thing I could say about this place is how close together the parking spots under the carport are, but that's not enough to warrant a star being removed. That's it. I've been here about three weeks now, and I think Tuscany Square is going to be the place I call home for awhile.”

“This is the best apartment I found so far in Dallas in terms of prompt responsiveness, staff professionalism. The apartment is so neat, quiet and good location to raise kids. The serenity and tranquility of the environment is awesome. The staff Anna Hall has been so efficient and effective, her smiles attracts and her behavior makes me glue to the apartment. Its an apartment I have spent almost two years and I just renewed for another one year because of the lady Anna. Thank you Anna for all that you do to keep a smile on our face. Indeed Springpac apartment is truly a HOME to be.”

“This is a very nice and huge apartment complex. There are many floor plans to choose from in various price ranges. The location is good and the people are friendly. They also have a lot of activities for young and old. Most notable is the beautiful landscape and pool areas. Also Chef Fitz is on site cooking delicious food for the residents.”

“My personal experience was overall good. Erick the assistant manager makes you feel welcomed, greeted me as soon as I walked in the door.. On the tour with Eric, he had given my husband and I the breakdown of what rent + extra cost would be in totally (which we appreciated.) made things a lot easier! Would of given 5 stars but when we called back and spoke to another guy he didn’t seem interested in helping us”
