I was looking to purchase a CLS 550 for a very long time and I finally found the right one. Being that I live in NY and Lalito's is in Texas, I thought that the buying process would be challenging. I am proud to say that I couldn't have been more wrong; Eddie answered all of my questions with the utmost honesty and explained everything to me about the buying process, shipping, and warranty. He went above and beyond to accommodate me, from staying late to wait for the carrier to pick up the car, to providing me temporary registration plates, to taking detailed videos of the vehicle. He really undersold me the vehicle, so that when I received it far exceeded my expectations. The car literally looks, feels, and drives like a brand new car. It was such a pleasure dealing with Eddie and you can tell that he genuinely cares about making people happy. I have had bad experiences in the past with shady and dishonest car dealerships but Lalito's is the exact opposite of that. If you are looking for a used car, I truly recommend doing business with Eddie because you will be truly satisfied. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Even though I live 2,000 miles away I wouldn't hesitate to buy another vehicle from them. I could not be more satisfied. A+++++++++++++++++
