Family Dollar

I placed two online orders for Friday pickup and they were flawless. Although there was only 1 checkout person, the wait wasn't too bad. It was 2 deep in front of me, and 5 deep behind me. I guess they were short-staffed. But, my "merch" had been loaded onto 2 shopping carts and was ready-for-freddy. DG lets u order ahead, setup a pickup time and pay so u don't have to meander around the DG darting in and out of foot traffic. I am a 3 times a week DG shopper; but now, since I know the products, I order online and then show up, skipping the shopping cart shuffle, and the unload to get rung up at the register. E-Z P-Z, don't get greasy . . . This is my fifth [5] time doing the online purchase. U save time, there is no inserting your card waiting for the plastic to process; u don't have to walk around the store and be around unmasked folks, and who knows what else. B4 u order, become familiar with what you are buying online b4 u add it to your online digital shopping cart. There is a "substitution" option, but I like to stick to a routine. But, that's just me.

Serene atmosphere & they carry a little bit of everything. Most of the staff is very helpful.

Cashier was friendly. Found everything I was looking for.
