Could not get Chase Bank to work with me when I needed checks cleared for my business to continue, even upper management told me there was nothing they could do and that banks are not allowed to verify funds anymore due to privacy issues. Well, thanks to Denise at WestStar I found that is not the whole truth and you can still verify funds. They got my check cleared and allowed me to continue on with my business with no delays. “Given the circumstances the lobby is closed, only their drive thru is open. So I can't say much about the inside of it but I can surely say about the workers. Upon arrival we were greeted, we told him it was a mobil order and were asked to pull to the front where he greeted us again. There was a small mistake on the drink, I asked for noncaramel drizzle(keto diet is hard) while they were remaking it he asked us how we were doing, what we've been up to. Took just a minute to fix it and we were on our way. Their standards of customer service is genuine and great. I wish I could've gotten their names. It will be my new favorite Starbucks at El Paso. I'm not from there but I travel often. Feeling appreciated and taken care of as a customer will keep me stopping here.”
