“I had an initial appointment and check up here recently. The facility was very clean and well-kept. It was super busy, so there was a little waiting here and there. However, I was seen on time and the work I eventually had done was done with skill. Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly. Each step of each procedure was explained to me, and I left feeling satisfied. I would like to specifically list Susan in the front and Alex in the back as being particularly helpful and nice. “We LOVE Armando and FYZICAL! Our daughter has been in training with Armando since the summer and what a difference it has made in her volleyball skills. She's stronger, faster, more agile, secure and confident in her game. Armando is amazing with her, she loves going to her training sessions. “UPDATE: I am so sorry I was so upset that day. I reviewed the wrong place. It is the imaging center in building next to hospital. I will repost on correct business wall. Thank you to this business for reaching out to me. I updated to five stars for responding to a Patient compliant when it wasn't even your patient. If I could I would give zero stars. Showed up for my appointment after great difficulty scheduling my appointment. Backgound: they found something on my mammogram super worried scared... My doctor told me schedule the follow up test asap. They had faxed orders. I've never been in this situation so I had no idea what the follow up test was. When I arrived for my appointment the receptionist looked perplexed and asked if I had an appointment. I asked "am I not on the schedule?" She then in a very rude tone stated "did I say you didn't have an appointment! " when I stated "yes you did" she then continued to try and argue with me over what she said. I ended it there just telling her she won the argument. Then it continued...she asked to see my orders. I didn't have them since they were faxed but that didn't stop her from telling me that I scheduled my appointment wrong. Anyway, was not able to do my appointment because they scheduled it wrong. I will not return to this the office. I'm still stuck with an abnormal mammogram still worried scared and thinking about what to do next. I've spent the morning crying. If you have something serious and you need staff to treat you like a human do not go to this Imaging center.”

“Dr. Egbuonu is an excellent physician. She and her team are very attentive to the needs of all patients regardless of the severity of their need. I personally appreciate her bedside manner and opportunity to discuss our treatment options in detail. Aside from being a specialist, she is a great physician and healthcare provider. Wait times vary but for a specialist you tend to get in and out within 1.5 hrs. Give her practice a try! She is worth the time and your health.”

“Love the staff, nurse practitioner and the doctor. Amazing group. Because of Covid testing done there I belive it's taking a toll on the staff. So instead of complaining I would be more understanding and patient because they are tired and stressed plus having to deal with the weather outside for the drive thru testing. Put yourself in their shoes. Thank you Dr. Abalihi and staff for all you do.”
