The kids go in at the same time and are done at the same time. I never have an issue having access to them in the exam and cleaning area. “I had an initial appointment and check up here recently. The facility was very clean and well-kept. It was super busy, so there was a little waiting here and there. However, I was seen on time and the work I eventually had done was done with skill. Everyone was extremely welcoming and friendly. Each step of each procedure was explained to me, and I left feeling satisfied. I would like to specifically list Susan in the front and Alex in the back as being particularly helpful and nice. “First time at Dr. Purdy's office, after my previous dentist closed. I had asked for referrals on Facebook. Friends gave me a few along with this one but the first 2 I called first, would not be able to get me in until September or when the first solstice of the universe came through!!😁 I am so glad the others could not take me until then!! It had to be a God thing!! I had an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING experience!!! I kind of knew I would have a great experience after speaking with the reception when I first called to ask questions and "maybe" make the appointment! Jeanette (sp?) Was patient with me the 3 times we spoke on the phone while I was trying to decide whether or not to go. Then, I got there, she was at the reception office and was wonderful to me. I the met Dr. Purdy who is fantastic!! He is sassy, funny and has a terrific chair side manner! He made me feel at ease. Explained everything he was going to do and was doing while doing it! This is super important to me. I highly recommend this office!! Not only because of the amazing work he did, but most importantly because of the way each and every person i had contact with in that office made me feel at ease!!! On the financial side: I have dental insurance but their they have you pay on first visit, then file with insurance and reimburse what insurance pays. This made me nervous at first (hence, the 3 phone calls with Jeanette!) How ever, I had the typical XRay, exam and filling done at a great price!! I am over the moon about finding my new dentist and his staff!! I have been to many dentists in my 56 years of life, I can tell you vehemently and with much confidence, I HIGHLY reccomend Dr. Purdy's dental office!!💯👍”

“My daughter's service here was absolutely Amazing. The staff are so patient and friendly with children I would definitely recommend. Nurse Inez Loved explaining everything to my daughter whom initially was scared and nervous. Then Dr. Silva was Super generous and down to earth in which he participated in a hide and seek match with my daughter so she would be more comfortable. Overall, the staff are extremely friendly, energetic, and informational and I am absolutely pleased with our visit. We will definitely be back !!”

“Dr Holden did my root canal last week. I was a difficult patient. My mouth would not get numb, but he persisted and made sure I was comfortable and not feeling anything before he proceeded. Once I was finally numb, the procedure was painless. Dr Holden's dental assistant tended to my every need and was so caring. No request was treated lightly. After the procedure, I expected to have pain, but I had very little the first night and by the second day, none. I recommend Dr Holden and his assistant highly.”

“Ordered about two weeks ago on a Wednesday, then Friday that same week. This week we tried it again on Friday 10/21. We live further away from this location than the one on Mariner but I'm glad we gave it a try. I am above and beyond pleased with the way this place is operated. I'm not sure if it has seen a better management team or a complete overhaul, but kudos and well done to whoever is a part of getting it right, every single time. Pizza is cooked to order, the right crust, the right amount of sauce, well done, and actually cut correctly and perfectly. We will not discuss how many times we've ordered from other places to end up with soggy misshapen pizza barely even cut through requiring forks and knives to serve it and even then, it was a mess to separate. Whoever is back in the kitchen ensuring quality, whoever is cutting pies and handling packaging, well done and thank you. It's a breath of fresh air to actually receive what we ordered and actually have it correct and appealing. Also, shout out to the delivery crew who always arrive with a smile and follow our delivery instructions making our evening that much better. Pizza is always hot and prepared correctly, customer service/delivery is top notch, and we are very pleased with this location's professionalism and follow through. Keep it up, ladies and gents, we appreciate you and all your hard work being our dinner heroes!”
