“I reached out to Caldwell to help install a higher voltage door bell. I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for, my secure system provider simply told me that the door bell we had wasn't conducive to the security system we wanted. I also know nothing about electrical work. All that to say, the secretary and gentleman who helped me schedule the appointment were patient and helpful with helping me figure out what I needed. They were very busy but were able to squeeze in a consultation in just a few days, calling to verify the appointment prior. Two very friendly men looked at everything I had and the requests from our security provider and gave me suggestions and options depending upon how much time I wanted to spend purchasing product myself or how much money I wanted to spend. I appreciated the transparency. The same two men came back a week later and installed everything I needed. If i need more work done, I'll be calling Caldwell.”

My latest unit located at 2250 Joe Battle Blvd is in a great location from my residence. Maggie and JoAnne quickly addressed my concerns without me having to ask. I also like the fact that I was able to reserve a unit online and get an online discount. I would recommend this place to anyone.
