All of the trainers are extremely helpful, motivating and care about your goals. They are always willing to give the extra push when you need it. The gym is always clean, with a large variety of equipment. The members are always friendly too. The gym is very welcoming to all ages and fitness levels. I love that they offer childcare and tanning. There are no gyms around quite like this one!”
