“I tried to leave a review after Christmas, but I could not get the QR code for the survey to work. Elizabeth was fantastic. She helped me navigate finding the perfect car for my trip and ensured I got the coverage I needed. She was thorough with me as I had approached the counter earlier and the other woman was nice, but not helpful when I had questions. I was at the point of tears because I was stranded at the airport and could not pick up my boyfriend from the military base. I would not be able to see him for another year, so this was very stressful. Uber rides were $50 each way and unreliable. I felt valued and cared for by her. I will never forget her kindness as long as I live. I would have written this sooner, but my qr code wouldn't work. I got engaged on this trip too! All thanks to her help, everyone worked out according to plan. Thank you for being my Christmas Angel Elizabeth. I wish you the best!”
