“I was seen promptly and everyone with whom I came in contact was friendly, professional, and answered all my questions. Yes, I was seen promptly. The hygienist, while nice and efficient, never introduced herself to me, which is unprofessional. Also she made a mistake by overcharging me by $72, which I said was not correct, but she insisted it was because I was overdue in having my teeth cleaned. It was straightened out at the front desk where it was discovered that the hygienist put in the wrong code. If I had not said anything I would be out $72.”

After a terrible first ever dental appointment at another office (Dr Bowden), the Smile Center completely turned things around. We will never go elsewhere and will be sure to sing praises of your office to everyone. In addition, the office was very clean and decorated with beautiful artwork. It was warm and inviting but also relaxed, which is exactly what you need in a pediatric dental office. I appreciate that much more than overwhelming attempts to distract. The video playing on screens above each chair was appropriate and the monitors were well placed for viewing during exams. “Wooow! I cannot recommend Dr. Ikem and staff enough, you must come to experience what my family and I just experienced. From the start the ladies are amazing very professional and friendly. Then the assistants very educated and caring. But then you meet Dr. Ikem and he’s amazing you can tell he’s knowledgeable, he knows what’s he’s doing. I got some fillings done and he has a light hand I didn’t feel a thing, his attention to detail, you can tell he takes pride and loves his job. “This place is great I took my 7 year old daughter here. She had lost a lot of teeth early for her age. Somehow that caused her to have a narrow pallet, her teeth were a mess. Dr Dickerson inserted a pallet spreader in her mouth and a couple of braces on her top teeth. Within 6 weeks there was a drastic change. They were even willing to let us make monthly payments over an 18 month period of time. The office is extremely kid friendly and fun. They even give their patients a free ice cream cone before they leave. Lucky to find such a good place! 👍🏻👍🏻😊”
