“I found Dr Gross through google maps. Checking out previous reviews said he was a fairly nice and gentle man. Those reviews did not disappoint. My appoint was at 11:45. I arrived at 11:25 to fill out paperwork and was in my car at 12:01. This constitutes the most efficient doctor's visit I've ever had in my life. I went in to have a some impacted earwax removed. I explained to the Doctor what as going on, he asked me some questions about my history with it then proceeded to get to work. If you've never had this done, then its hard to explain how painful it is. Having had this done multiple times, it can also drag on for quite a while. Dr. Gross went in and finessed half the thing out before I knew what happened to me. Took a small break, he switched out some tools to make the situation more comfortable and it was quickly over. Out of all the times I've been made to feel like my inner ear is being ripped off, this has been the most pleasant one and efficient one. One big difference, which is important to note, was that when I had asked the previous doctor about preventing this situation, I was told there wasn't much to do about it. When I asked Dr. Gross, he said that doing some upkeep cleanings would prevent the build up. Soon as both ears were clean, I was scheduled for my next appointment to prevent that "taking your brains out through ear like a scary movie moment" feeling.”

“Super nice rooms, perfect for a 1-2 night stay. Clean mattress, covers, etc. and staff were very friendly. I’d definitely take valuable belongings inside from your car though, as you should with every motel/hotel. Bathroom shower had a couple of stains but I think that’s just from age than anything else (room 124). Would recommend!”

“Dr. Martin is terrific. His calm and friendly manner immediately makes you feel feel comfortable. We are now on a first name basis which makes me feel that my doctor is also my friend. I would actually look forward to getting a cold just so I could visit him. He always returns calls in a timely fashion and gives practical advice. He is totally accessible and will return calls in the late evening and on weekends. He is quick to refer and will call the other doc's office to make arrangements. Recently I became ill in NYC so I called him and he sent a prescription to a pharmacy close to my hotel so at least I could get on a plane to get home to Texas. I once told him if he divorced his wife I would marry him. I didn't tell my wife that. All kidding aside he is one of the two best doctors I have ever had.”
