He has rained me for the past approx 3-4 months and has gotten me to where I need to be. I've went from size 40/42 waist to size 38 waist. Pants and shirts for me loose now. Also I've lost a good amount of weight from weighing in at approx 256 lbs. to weighing in at 222 lbs. It's been a dramatic change for me and he's helped me through it the way and continues to be there. I've kept up with it and continue to keep going to be at the build that I need to be and as well as the size. I'm glad I'm happy where I've gotten and wanna get better. “I love this gym! They offer free weights, machines, cardio room, fitness classes, and tanning. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing is that at nights it gets crazy busy. Most of the free weights will be gone etc. So just make sure to go at good times if you want more space. Also, sometimes it's a little dirty. I try to wipe down the machines before I use them as well. Overall a great place to workout.”
