“Titan replaced the roofs on two rental homes I own during the same period of time. They also fixed some non-roof related damage to siding/windows. All work was done on time and done correctly. Josh, who was my sales representative, was a pleasure with whom to work. He was professional, kind and very patient with my questions. A big bonus for me was that since these were rental houses, Josh handled all the scheduling directly with the tenant. I did have a few issues with my insurance company paying in a timely manner, and the front office staff was very gracious and helpful in resolving. One example of how ethical this company is: I had looked at one of the houses and signed off on the work. I did not realize that part of the minor repairs to the non-roof damage was not completed. Josh caught that later and made sure it was done. I will definitely use Titan Roofing for my rental business and personal home in the future.”
