I have come here 3-4 times and I really like the people here. They are so helpful. However, I went today to get a cracked screen fixed and the lady that is working there now a young girl. Was so rude. When I told her about the crack screen she looked at me crazy and was not nice and helpful. I also asked her about how the phone was locked. My daughter forgot the password on the phone and she told me she couldn’t work in that and it would be no point to fix with her and to basically take it to the Apple Store. I told her that someone there a few months ago has helped me with the phones and I pad and to unblock it as well and she said that they must be lying to me and they can not do that. I believe it is very unprofessional to call your colleagues liars to a customer. Maybe she was having a bad day but I have never had this experience here at all. I just told her bye and to have a better day.

Took my daughter's phone there and they were able to get it fixed without too much trouble. I'll take my next broken phone there. I know repairing iphones especially is getting harder with Apples B's. Glad they could take care of it.
