I had called ahead to see if they had some materials I needed for a school project (I know nothing about welding) and they helped me find what I needed quickly and efficiently. Their customer service is outstanding! The counter guys name was Max, he seemed to be very knowledgeable and friendly-greeted me right away. I was also assisted by the manager (Reggie was his name I think) he was very professional and guided me on what best fit my needs and budget. They didn’t make me feel dumb when I asked many questions and were very patient with me! Great guys, will definitely head here if I need any welding stuff again in the future.”

“I have come here 3-4 times and I really like the people here. They are so helpful. However, I went today to get a cracked screen fixed and the lady that is working there now a young girl. Was so rude. When I told her about the crack screen she looked at me crazy and was not nice and helpful. I also asked her about how the phone was locked. My daughter forgot the password on the phone and she told me she couldn’t work in that and it would be no point to fix with her and to basically take it to the Apple Store. I told her that someone there a few months ago has helped me with the phones and I pad and to unblock it as well and she said that they must be lying to me and they can not do that. I believe it is very unprofessional to call your colleagues liars to a customer. Maybe she was having a bad day but I have never had this experience here at all. I just told her bye and to have a better day.”

As someone who recently moved to Midlothian it has been very hard to find Paleterias around the area so seeing that there’s one just down the road from where I live is lovely. “When my husband originally dropped off my ring to be fixed; he was originally quoted 3 1/2 weeks. Well; our anniversary is before that. I won’t lie to you; I cried. So I called Lee’s. Was kinda mid panic attack. Lee’s called my husband two or three days later and told him it’s ready. When I went to pick it up (because you know I was excited, so I was the one who HAD to pick it up) the lady said “you’re the girl with the anniversary yea?” And I said “yea” she said “yes, I told him about it and he fixed it right away for you” It was an easy fix and literally so nice of them. I just wanted to have all the necessities for our anniversary and I think my wedding ring is included in that, haha. Thank you Lee’s for not only doing it with speed, but doing it with compassion. I appreciate it, my ring is beautiful again!”
