Yoga 4 Love Studio Cabin

I recently had the opportunity to go to the Big Island, Hawaii with Lisa Ware’s Inner Goddess Yoga Retreat. It was an amazing and inspiring adventure that I will always treasure. There are no words for the beauty and energy of the island. Lisa was awesome and her sweet sister Denise cooked us up some yummy healthy meals all week. Best studio at which I've practiced! Teachings are a deep yoga practice that bring a strong connection between mind and body. Every class is unique and are taught with modifications for beginners or more advanced students. Also, everyone there is warm and inviting. A must try for yogis who want grow in their practice inside and out :)

I'm a current student of Lisa Teacher Training and I have loved every minute of it. The material is so in-depth, the homework is actually fun, and reading material are must reads.

Her audio classes are very well explained making them enjoyable and easy to follow.
