“They have just about everything you could want from fast foods to drinks both alcohol to non alcoholic. Very wide selection of shirts and hats along with other tourist type merchandise. Their auto repair department had the tail light tape I was needing to repair my broken light. The lady behind the counter was friendly and helpful. Located on the south part of Palmer you can see their green and red signage from a distance.”

“Palmer Assembly of God or AG as I’ve seen it called 😀is a bright light of hope and happiness. The church is not very large right now but I can see it from the interstate. The congregation is in the process of building a larger church right now. I can see the cross high above the church. It is on the side of the road. Pastor Ingram is warm and welcoming. I know she sees more than just what I tell her and it is comforting to know I don’t have to say everything... some loses we never recover from. People we lose and we cannot begin to find the words to describe the void left behind.... these things are hard to say out loud, even to yourself. I think this is a Christian church but not necessarily a distinct religious body within the faith (I could be wrong about the “not distinct faith” but I said I was Catholic and still felt totally welcome). There is a real sense of peace that seems to embrace you just walking up the stairs to go inside. God is here”

“I highly recommend this mechanic's shop. During a road trip from Houston to Dallas, we got a flat tire on 45. We were so fortunate that when we heard a rattling sound and decided to exit the highway, the first business we came to was Bill's Auto Shop. Our good Samaritan mechanic named David offered to change our shredded tire and replace it with the donut spare. I am so grateful for kind mechanic's help! Ten minutes later we were on our way again and were able to make it to Dallas on the donut tire. For this reason, I highly recommend this shop for above and beyond helpful service.”
